Even the most careful pet owners can have their pet go

You can buy a permanent ID tag from PAWS office for a one-time fee
of $15. The tag doesn’t have to be renewed. And if you keep your
contact information up to date, we can usually reunite you and your
pet quickly.
The finder calls PAWS and gives us the PAWS ID number on the tag.
We’ll call you and help you arrange to claim your pet.
The Town of Creston requires that all dogs over 6 months old must
be licensed (unless the dog is kept in town for less than 1 month

Having your pet microchip or tattooed is another permanent way to
ensure you’ll be notified as quickly as possible once your pet is
